Holt Consulting was established by two long-time friends and co-workers, Paul Holt and Ken Holt. Paul and Ken worked together at a well-known transportation consulting firm for more than 25 years before launching HOLT.HOLT's relationship-based culture coupled with responsive communication and action makes them the consultant of choice for state and local governments. The two founders learned transportation consulting from the ground up; from performing the work to managing a wide variety of projects and programs.
