Wraparound Services of the Hudson Valley partners with communities throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley to empower people with disabilities to achieve their highest potential by providing innovative community, educational and residential services. Originally founded as the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Ulster County in 1951 by a local pediatrician, Dr. Henry Bibby, and Rabbi Herbert Bloom, and a group of dedicated supporters, the organization remains dedicated to ensuring that persons with disabilities lead full and rich lives.Cerebral Palsy of Ulster County is committed to providing a wide variety of services to meet the individualized needs of children and adults with disabilities throughout the Hudson Valley Region including the following counties: Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Putnam, Orange, Rockland, Ulster, and Westchester. Although originally founded to serve children with cerebral palsy, we now serve hundreds of children and adults with a wide range of disabilities each day.With a dedicated staff of over 250 individuals, we provide services to those persons who have developmental or acquired disabilities to help them achieve increased independence and maximize their potential.
