His goal was to build a team of subject matter experts to support agencies, engineering firms, and contractors in the delivery of complex projects. In 2014, Don's daughter, Erin Hoy, joined the firm to marry her business expertise with the team's success in quality management consulting. Together, Don and Erin have built a passionate, experienced, and productive team whose core focus is client satisfaction.
