Mission Virta Energy Consultants performs Energy Audits, provides Energy Studies and manages Energy Saving Projects. These are the progressive steps towards reducing energy costs and taking environmentally responsible steps to reduce energy consumption. Description We provide services to Property Managers, Building Owners, Co-ops and many non-profit organizations. An Energy Audit is a detailed building evaluation, performed to establish an inventory of energy consuming equipment and energy conservation equipment. Energy bills are analyzed to benchmark present energy cost and consumption. Technology substitutes are then modeled against the inventory to identify effective solutions. These solutions are presented to the client in the form of an Energy Study. Upon acceptance by the client, the recommendations are realized under the direction of a Project Manager.
