Lucy and Kurt Jewson founded Frugi in 2004 when they struggled to find clothing to fit over their son's cloth nappies. 15 years later we have grown to be the UK's bestselling organic childrenswear brand, loved by parents and children in over 28 countries worldwide!We have a story to tell and a mission to accomplish- to show that superb design, great ethics and passionate people can help to change the world! Certified by the Soil Association and Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) we adhere to strict social and ethical processes meaning our factories are audited regularly to check that workers are provided with a safe and clean environment and are paid a living wage. Today, we are still based in beautiful Cornwall with over 100 amazingly talented employees.We love investing in people who bring fresh thinking and new ideas to the team. We believe if we invest in people to grow their skills and expertise, this will help them lead happy and healthy lives, therefore encouraging loyalty and productivity. We've even got a team of People Specialists who make this all happen. Our people investment doesn't stop at the talented Frugi team, every year we donate 1% of our turnover to the people in our local community and communities around the world through our Little Clothes BIG Change charity project.So far, Frugi's philanthropic work has seen us donate over half a million pounds to charity partners all over the world; including Kicks Count, Pump Aid, The Sick Children's Trust and The Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
