The Prince William Area Free Clinic provides primary medical and adult dental care to indigent and uninsured residents of Manassas City, Manassas Park, and Prince William County. Services are free of charge and include diagnostic studies, specialty care and referrals, dental care, case management, patient education, medication access, and preventive care. To be eligible for the clinic you must live in the Greater Prince William Area, be 125% of FPL and uninsured. Please bring proof of address (state issued ID with current address in GPWA or a utility bill with you name an address on it). Please bring your proof of income as well. If you work it must be you (and your spouses as applicable) income from within the past 30 days. if you don't work we need a notarized letter of support.
