Human Concern International (HCI) is a Canadian, federally registered, charitable non-governmental organization (NGO) working in international development and emergency relief assistance since 1980.When good intentions and ideas are put to work, amazing things happen. HCI came as a result of well intentioned Canadians who wanted to make a difference in this world. Their goal was help in whatever small way they could.
