The ticket size of potential in Maharashtra alone is about 80,000-odd co-operative housing societies (CHS).There seems to be a not only a lack of knowledge amongst housing society members about professional services they can hire to run their societies better but also shortage of advertising mediums or platforms for the professional services providers and manufactures to reach out to the housing societies.HSMS will try to bridge this gap and fill the void and create a new business connect to this vertical.
