What we do?DSR is a recruitment consultancy operating globally providing expertise in finance, SAP and change management.Since our founding in 2005 as specialists in SAP project staffing, we have shaped our services around our clients' needs. As companies increasingly sought to standardise their SAP-based business processes to optimise profitability and performance, we extended our remit to cover finance and change management.How we do it?We engage closely with clients and candidates to provide world-class service and build enduring business relationships. We use one-to-one meetings and personal contact to enable us to reach a true meeting of minds with everyone we work with.Knowledge is key to our approach. Our account managers and resourcers are fully trained in all recruitment aspects of finance, SAP and change management, from project lifecycles and the full suite of SAP modules to finance business processes and the impact of cultural change.
