As a leading UK cast iron foundry, we produce complex grey iron castings for a variety of industrial markets globally. Using our 3 vertical Disamatic moulding lines and 1 horizontal green sand moulding machine we can produce castings in all grades of grey cast iron up to 25kg in weight. Our foundry is supported by a modern, highly invested CNC machining facility, enabling us to provide fully finished product. Tooling is designed and manufactured in house using the latest CAD/CAM systems, simulation software, CNC machining and a fully equipped tool room. Continuous investment in the best people and equipment allow Chamberlin & Hill to provide solutions for any casting and CNC machining requirement. From the most simple no-core casting to castings with the most complicated internal structures and geometry.
