Set up in 2013 Peopology is a small consultancy comprising of 2 Managing Partners and pool of Associates. The Peopology concept came out of discussions between 2 change managers. They were independent consultants in their own right working as Associates for a small to medium sized consultancy. They often discussed the reasons for their success and uniqueness. They concluded that it was mainly due to their tenacity, honesty, flexibility, ability to manage difficult conversations and importantly sizeable operational experience working at all levels. The 2 of them also had a need to get more from consulting – learning, development, share of knowledge, opportunities to exchange ideas, and a drive to transfer experience to up and coming individuals ie leave a legacy of good change practice. In fact, they had a desire to work within and develop a community of change managers, with diverse and extensive experience. So, the combination of success and need to get more out of consulting resulted in Peopology.
