Our services: Small Group Classes: We offer a wide variety of small group classes such as FIT Boxing, FIT Legs, FIT Active, FIT Flex, FIT Moves, FIT Flow. Our classes are designed so that you can come 5 days a week without over training. All our class have a 10 member limit to ensure you get maximum attention and results. Personal Training: Voted as one of Orange County's BEST PERSONAL TRAINING Studios, we offer it all. Our trainers have trained all types of people ranging from Pro-Athletes to the Couch Potato and everyone in between. No matter the goal, we have you covered!
