Over more than three decades and six funds, DH has invested in over 60 companies across a range of market sectors. We have maintained a consistent and disciplined investment approach, which has delivered strong returns to our investors across several economic cycles. The Firm has established a strong track record of investing in and growing market-leading businesses, and developed an enviable reputation as an acquirer of family businesses which have accounted for almost half of all investments. We focus on majority ownership and control of businesses in the European middle market with enterprise values between €200m – €600m.DH is a pioneer in the area of active ownership and value enhancement, having set up a dedicated team in 2002.
