SPACE DYNAMICS® is a boutique advisory firm specialising in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Investments, BTS (Anchors) lease and Debt Syndication. Launched in year 2008 as a retail leasing outfit, we assisted high street retail expansion for all majors national and international brands. In 2010, when the rental yeild vis a vie valuation as pre leased became apparent, we graduated to investing and trading in retail spaces. In 2012, a spurt in tenant profile of office assets beckoned us to explore office spaces as an investment vehicle. As a group, we became acclimatised to the nuances of such investments. That eventually led us to forming a strategic advisory focused on CRE Investments and Debt Syndication. In the last decade we have self invested. We have also consistently raised funds and structured lucrative CRE investment deals for our growint network of investors. We remain a small team of hard core professionals that bring to the table strong industry relationships, ear on the ground, top notch negotiation skills and fund (debt) raising capabilities. We leverage this skill set to enable wealth generation for all those who invest with us.
