ALSA Engineering and Construction Co. L.L.C. (ALSA) was established in 2004 as a continuation of the activities being carried out of ALSA Technical Services for the preceding decade. ALSA dedicates itself to multi-dimensional engineering and construction projects in the UAE, focusing mostly on the oil and gas sector.
