OUTLIER Tech is a startup company, founded in 2016 to develop highly efficient, reliable and cost effective software and hardware solutions using the latest technologies and development tools. The founder, Mr. Ilker Cevik, has great experience in forecourt controller (FCC) systems, automatic tank gauging (ATG) systems, automatic vehicle identification systems (VIS/AVI), card readers and loyalty applications. The applications he has designed and developed with his team in the past currently run in more than 7,000 stations and around 1,5 million vehicles use their vehicle identification systems on daily basis. Over 2 billion sales transactions per year flow from the stations to the head offices. Our focus is mostly on fuel/gas stations and convenience stores all over the world but since these applications require advanced development techniques and methodologies like multi-thread programming, serial port, TCP/IP, UDP communications, two-way data replication scenarios, 24/7 accessibility, mobility and so on, we can easily design and develop any kind of highly efficient and reliable desktop, web and mobile applications in a short time.
