A national organization based in Rochester, NY, CAP/Corbett recruits foster and adoptive families for children waiting the longest in foster care for a loving, forever family. Our waiting children are often older, minorities, sibling groups who wish to be placed together, and/or children with special needs. From informational meetings, training, search and match, finalization, and support groups, CAP also offers skill building, Project SSAFE (for kids aging out of the system), a Faith in Children Program, the annual Heart Gallery exhibit, and our own Wendy's Wonderful Kids recruiter.
