Pasha Legal was first established on the First of July 2010. Hina Pasha is the principal of the firm. Hina has been involved in a number of Landmark cases and is actively involved in providing the community with affordable legal advice. Every year Pasha Legal takes on the conduct of a number of pro bono litigation matters in which the policy of the practice is to assist those members of the community who have suffered an injustice, hence the firms slogan ‘doing justice…' In the first year of business, the boutique office on Doncaster Road has grown significantly in all areas of practice with an increasing number of staff and specialists.
