We are a high end web design company primarily specializing in content management systems and complex social networks. We also create graphics, Adobe Flash and Photoshop, and an assortment of online services. Our small, but highly efficient company ensures you get the best possible service. When you conduct business with us we make sure that your project is delivered on time and with excellent quality. Although your project is created by several key employees, you will only speak with one or two of the managers who are in change of making certain that your project goes according to plan.This ensures that your words are utilized and not overlooked. We want to make sure that you are happy as possible with what we create for you, so we go out of our way to please our clients. Our referral rate by our clients is about 1 to 5. So for every 5 clients, 1 will refer us another client! Some of our clients are not so good with the internet, so we take a slower pace to explain to them the ins and outs of the process. There is no need for us to use technical jargon with our clients unless they specifically have a need to know. We understand our clients are busy running a business, or preoccupied occasionally with home issues. So once the initial down payment for the project has been made, we stay on a retainer for free, for an entire year! This allows you to "take care of business", without the feeling of being rushed into completing a project that your just not ready for.
