Complete level assessments which cover a risk assessment review, an observational assessment plus a review of any required documentation or policy detail.Both assessment types include a written report, follow-up visit to review any changes in progress, and additions to the Covid 19 Comfort Facebook page summarising the high level of compliance, plus comments added to review websites such as Trip advisor if agreed and appropriate.Covert Comfort level assessments are available to check compliance during any specified period.
