The media house provides Trondheim's students with news, entertainment and different forms of journalism by both text, video and radio through www.dusken.no. The company and its business is a result of a recent merging of the four student medias Under Dusken - student news paper -, Student- TV, Radio Revolt - student radio - and dusken.no - online news paper. Under Dusken is Scandinavia's oldest student news paper - founded in 1914. Studentmediene is a part of Studentersamfundet i Trondhjem - the Student Society in Trondheim. The company was founded in 1988, and is formerly known as Mediastud AS.
