Integral was founded in 1969, with premises in Barcelona, in order to provide a professional gamma of technical services in the tertiary and industrial fields. The first clients were the great investment corporations, located in middle Europe, and some multinational German companies. Building Information Model (BIM) es una representación digital de las características físicas y funcionales de un edificio o una infraestructura. 2. BIM permite compartir la información relativa a un edificio a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida. 3. BIM facilita la interoperabilidad y la colaboración entre los distintos agentes que participan en las distintas fases de un proyecto de edificación, así, cada uno de los agentes puede añadir, eliminar, actualizar o modificar la información contenida en un proyecto BIM.
