After working in three different continents by the age of 24, Hugh believed that a pattern existed when it came to small companies being successful. Having worked with a thriving Letting Agency in England, an engaging Recruitment Firm in China and a leading Health and Fitness group in Australia, Hugh formed Cogitare as a way to pass on the success of these companies to others.
