Stichting Bootvluchteling wil een verschil maken op de plekken waar dat het meest nodig is. Via onze vrijwilligers bieden we concrete, praktische hulp aan mensen op de vlucht. Sinds onze start in 2015 hebben meer dan 3.000 professionele vrijwilligers zich hier samen met ons voor ingezet.Door de veranderingen in de politieke situatie in Griekenland is de focus van onze hulp veranderd van acute noodhulp aan de kusten in Griekenland, naar meer structurele en langdurige hulp in de opvangkampen.Op dit moment zijn wij actief in het kamp Mavrovouni op Lesbos met een medische en psychologische hulpmissie.
