She is dedicated to offering coaching for individuals, groups and businesses, as well as wellness-related educational classes.Cathy currently teaches as adjunct faculty for Mesa Colorado University (positive psychology for nursing, mental health, etc), Delta-Montrose Technical College (mental health and nutrition) and Colorado Community Colleges Online.
