Handmade in Los Angeles, CA. Leather goods that explore the marriage between natural indigo dye and vegetable tanned leather. Everything that I make is made for myself; but driven by a desire to share those items with others. I don't make anything that I wouldn't feel comfortable buying for myself or for a loved one. With a penchant for quality above all, I am a huge proponent of US made goods. As a big "denimhead" (basically, I love raw denim and the culture/accessories that come with it), I am naturally, a huge fan of Indigo- the dye that we all know and love, even if we're not aware of it (hint: think BLUE JEANS). Natural Indigo is actually a very rare dye, because even shortly after it was discovered, a synthetic alternative was derived, and now only the most expensive boutique brands use it to dye their garments. I've decided to meld my love for denim, my passion for leather, and my demand for quality, and create "Pigeon Tree Crafting". Everything I make is made with an acute attention to detail; if it isn't up to my standards, you would never know it, because I'd remake it before I'd send it to you. All of my goods are made by hand, using the finest full grain leathers, and natural indigo dye. I go the extra length to make quality goods that are different than anything else out there.
