Indiana Center for Prevention of Youth Abuse and Suicide is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit youth advocacy organization located in Central Indiana. We are committed the prevention of youth abuse and suicide through high-quality, evidence-based prevention programs so all children can live free from harm and to their highest potential.We offer four key prevention programs: Child Lures and Teen Lures Prevention, Stewards of Children, Lifelines Youth Suicide Prevention Program and QPR Gatekeeper Training.Child Lures and Teen Lures teaches youth that their bodies belong to them and they have the right to say NO to any unsafe touches, that they should tell a trusted adult if someone does make them feel uncomfortable and that abuse could never, ever be their fault.Stewards of Children is a nationally recognized program proven to educate adults on how to protect children from sexual abuse by recognizing at risk situations and warning signs of abuse, thus empowering adults to take a stand.Lifelines provides a comprehensive approach to suicide prevention for schools and youth serving organizations creating an entire community able to respond appropriately to threats of suicide.QPR is a two-hour standalone training for adults that empowers them to intervene when someone is at risk of suicide.www.indianaprevention.org
