We are a small group functional fitness training gym offering personalized fitness coaching in a 1:4 coach to client ratio primarily for individuals who are 50+. We have designed our comprehensive coaching program to slow and reverse many of the conditions that we face as our bodies age. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes and covers a wide variety of physical abilities to include balance, strength, flexibility, endurance, speed and power just to name a few. Every client's fitness level and movement capabilities are assessed to allow us to build the perfect program for each member personally. Functional Fitness exercises are designed to improve the way you move throughout your every day life. When performed properly and consistently 2-3 days a week you will experience less pain, an increased energy level, greater strength, increased flexibility and improved joint mobility! Our clients are experiencing significant improvements in just 4-6 weeks of working with us!
