Women in Foreign Policy aims to inspire women and marginalised genders to pursue a career in foreign policy with practical career advice from those already working in the field. Each interview is seen as a mini mentoring session covering everything from the practicalities of a particular job's application process to navigating a given field while female or other marginalised genders. From diplomacy and NGOs, to the private sector and academia, we cover all foreign policy players. Foreign policy needs to be representative of society to be successful, so we make sure to include women and marginalised genders of colour and the LGBTQI community in our page.
