FCC (Institute H21's partnership organization in India) was founded when Ankitha Cheerakathil envisioned expanding deliberative policymaking and active citizenship practices to Asia. The Indian team is currently focusing on engaging Indian citizens - especially the youth - in urban areas. As part of this, FCC conducts two flagship workshops: 1. The Governance, Public Policy & Leadership 2.1 Summer Fellowship (for high school students) - https://www.ih21.org/blogen/gppl20212. The Policy Fellows Forum 2.1 Workshop (for college students and young professionals) - https://www.ih21.org/blogen/pff2020
