-We provide outpatient quality therapy brought to the home so patients don't have to drive, get a ride, or have the hassle or extra pain of getting ready and going to the clinic 2-3 X aweek. Patients therefore have more energy for the therapy.-Patients are more compliant with therapy at home because they will never miss a visit. Many times because of the hardship of getting to the clinic, patients miss visits and do not recover as quickly. -Patients do not have to be "homebound" according to Medicare guidelines like a home health agency. We are just like an outpatient clinic, but will see patients in their homes. Patients will receive one-on-one care for an average of a one hour visit with a licensed PT, no aides or assistants. There are no distractions from other patients like in a clinic and the extra one-on-onetime makes a big difference in the patient's recovery.-One of benefits of having the therapy at home for the older adult is that we can see how the patient operates in their own environment and how they function with their Activities of daily living. We can specifically tailor the therapy to meet their needs in the home.
