The Management Support Institute (MSI) is a non-profit organization that provides a rich portfolio of business, management and strategy services that are crucial for the survival and strategic development of business start-ups, small and medium sized enterprises and individual entrepreneurs to create competitive, sustainable and professional enterprises, able to manage viable growth and achieve organizational goals. MSI specifically targets critical entrepreneur groups, Woman Entrepreneurs and Young Entrepreneurs, as core resources for overcoming the high and unequal unemployment rates and social disbalances. The MISSION of MSI is to coach and support entrepreneurs to create competitive, sustainable and professional enterprises, able to manage viable growth and achieve organizational goals. We support our beneficiaries to efficiently use resources, invest in their own development, be competitive on domestic and foreign markets and take better care of their clients and employees thus contribute to improvement of the overall socioeconomic climate and the development of society as a whole. The PURPOSE of our work is to contribute to poverty reduction, social cohesion and the development of a knowledge based society, by fostering entrepreneurial spirit and building the capacities of current and prospective entrepreneurs, creating better conditions for start-ups and a supportive business environment, facilitating equal access to business support for all, and promoting fair competition and ethical entrepreneurial culture. The VISION of MSI is that it becomes a visible and recognized "one-stop-shop" for managers and entrepreneurs, especially those in the start-up phases of their business ventures, and a strong resource and partner for international development organizations. MSI provides easily assessable and customized business services delivered in a professional and ethical manner.
