Through funding research and patient education, the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation helps people dealing with bone and joint disorders understand their conditions and prepare for their best possible treatment outcomes.Founded in 1965, the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation is a national registered charity powered by a professional staff and network of over 300 volunteers. The Foundation is Canada's only health charity dedicated solely to helping people maintain and restore their bone and joint, or orthopaedic, health.As a national charity, we are committed to investing into local communities across the country. We do this by providing hospital grants that help to improve patient care, by funding local researchers and by delivering free patient resources to hospitals nationally.
