Date of establishment 2009, as MGA (MaviGok Aviation). AZUR Aviation was established and start to play active role in our business as of 2009. Company name was MGA (MaviGok Aviation) when it started to business. We have changed the company name in order to have common understanding of AZUR brand name. Aim of AZUR Aviation is introducing solutions for economic air transportation to ANEX Tour. AZUR Aviation has started off by chartering aircrafts from the aircraft owner for an average period of 5 years and sub chartering such aircrafts to the Russian (UTAIR) and UKRAINIAN (UTAIR-UKRAINE) airlines, which are holders of air operator license, in order to enable them to carry out commercial flights. Besides the said chartering, AZUR Aviation also perform Fleet planning of group Airlines, Seat Cost Analysis, executes, maintenance agreements and provides engineering, Supply and logistic services within its company according to the powers as granted by ANEX Tour. Part 145 institutions as established within the company render technical service for the fleet aircraft to be described further ahead. AZUR Aviation also carries out «GROUND OPS» services based on the agreements concluded as per destination within the scope of operations, except for RUSSIA. For the said fleet, all costs of the flights (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance and all other direct operating expenses, carriage, etc., landing, authorization payments, catering, navigation and fuel) are covered by AZUR Aviation. The start of our AZUR Aviation Fleet goes back to 2010 and, as of the said year, ANEX Tour first engaged in the transportation of its customers through 3 airplanes, now AZUR Aviation manages all technical requirements of 21 Airplanes which are flying under Azur group companies.
