The software includes automated rent payments from Centrepay/WINZ and all banking institutions, strong arrears and arrangement management with detailed maintenance costing.IT Management:Chintaro is compatible with any Windows operating system environment, be it a single or multi user system. Chintaro can run across a Local Area Network, and can also run in Citrix and Terminal Server environments. A SQL Server based version of Chintaro is available.
