Levu Talent Hunters we are a firm of headhunters, search and selection of professionals at an executive level. We work with Levu Dashboard, a web app that we developed in which our clients can view the entire selection process based on the first scan that we carry out together to fill all the requirements to be covered. We have also developed a methodology based on three main axes for the selection of candidates which is called SEC Fits for its acronym in English Skills, Experience & Cultural Fits (Skills, Accumulated Experience and Job Culture). We have developed a psychometric test Talent Maturity Report (TMR) based on analysis and studies. Our test allows to detect the Skills that the SEC Fits methodology measures as well as the technological and digital profile; two fundamental pillars in this new era for companies. This process allows us to scan up to 97% of the candidate's profile to see if it fits the culture of the company, the skills required by the position and the accumulated experience that the candidate has. We provide absolutely all the information required to take the final decision, we deliver the candidate's summary, CV, presentation video, job references and salary description, we analyze all this information and place it in our Levu Dashboard so that they can view it.
