SC Fitness, LLC is an online finess coaching business owned and operated by Scott Colby. Our mission is to educate and empower individuals to better their lives through improved health and fitness. Scott earned his certification as a personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise in 1999. He got into the fitness industry because he loves helping others look and feel their best, and he soon realized how much of an impact changing someone's physique also changed their mind and other areas of their lives. He trained his first clients in their homes before opening an outdoor fitness boot camp for women in Dallas in 2005, which he ran until moving to Denver, Colorado 5½ years later.Since getting into the fitness industry, Scott has worked with and coached thousands of men and women, not only through individual personal training and boot camps, but also through several coaching programs and products, teleseminars, and – most recently – his online coaching business and The Power to Change podcast series. Scott is an internationally known fitness professional and speaker and co-author of the best-selling book Total Body Breakthroughs.Scott has given presentations at the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Society of Biomechanics and the Clinical Gait and Movement Analysis conferences, and has published research articles in Spine, The Journal of Pediatric Orthopedics, Clinical Biomechanics, The American Journal of Sports Medicine, Journal of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, and Gait and Posture.In 2012, Scott created his popular trademarked Fit For Photos online coaching program, after many people noticed and asked about his own transformation, which he documented with a professional fitness photo shoot. We serve individuals in the US, Canada, and around the globe. Scott is passionate about helping others not only to change their physiques, but change on a personal level as well, and live the most fulfilling life possible.
