Welcome Turkish Hospitality Management is founded to improve the quality of tourism industry in Turkey and carry Turkish hospitality to the world class standards. We have builded up a team who each has at least 25 years of tourism and hospitality management experience in five star hotels. • Our goal is to carry Turkish hospitality to the deserved service quality and standards with mystery shopper inspections. • Train and educate tourism and hospitality business personnel. • Raise awareness of the tourism and hospitality business companies and improve the relation with the guests. • Marketing of these tourism and hospitality business companies will be under the umbrella of Turkish Hospitality Management. THMS provides you the service standards, mystery shopper inspections, consulting, training, guest satisfaction surveys and human resources services.
