Since 1982, centrally located and warehoused in Dallas and Houston, Texas; our salespeople have over 100 combined years of industry experience with 100 plus unique manufacturers. We are an ESOP company, in that our team has an ownership stake in JCR. Thus our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with problem free and error free orders by friendly, knowledgeable customer service.Another goal for us is same day shipping on all in-stock items. Whether your order ships via UPS or Fed Ex, ground or air, or LTL, there are many things that separate us from our competition. We rate shop all palletized shipments to get you the best rate possible. We add 1" plank foam between the product and the pallet to help ensure against damage on all LTL shipments. Also we use Shockwatch stickers to help note the possibility of concealed damage on all LTL shipments.Our customers include decorative showrooms, plumbing wholesalers, kitchen & bath dealers, hardware dealers, cabinet and millwork shops, lumberyards, contract hardware dealers and locksmiths.
