Founded on the ideals of advancing medicine, medical research, and the technologies surrounding how we diagnose, treat, and understand neurological disorders, every service we provide and technology we develop comes from our fundamental goal of helping people.The founders of Valis Bioscience came from the medical research world, and have dozens of years of experience in clinical trials for a broad spectrum of indications. In the course of this experience, our founders realized there was a dichotomy in the technology used for that research, in that some parts of the industry are at the cutting edge, while others are decades behind, using technologies which other industries have vastly improved but have not made it to the world of pharmaceuticals and clinical trials. Valis aims to bridge that gap with modern, effective solutions which use the most effective and pragmatic technologies, either current or in development.The technologies used to diagnose mental illness are often fraught with issues, and can result in incorrect diagnosis and negative impacts on patients. Valis is working with major academic institutions in order to improve those technologies, to allow for higher quality measures which reduce error, incorrect conclusions, and in turn improve treatment.
