We are providers of emotional and mental health support through programming, community engagement, and mentorship, serving Los Angeles communities with reported high rates of traumatic experiences. CEF uses therapeutic activities and workshops to increase trust-building relationships and to provide them with access to local resources that strengthen and sustain healthy family lifestyles. The intention is that the benefits of our services will be used by participants to reverberate throughout their own communities. Our participating youth, their families and/or caregivers are matched with mentors who are trauma resilient professionals trained in innovative approaches to therapeutic services.
