When a building plan contains one or more elements that conflict with the City's building code ordinance, the property owner or developer may wish to file an appeal with the City of Milwaukee Standards and Appeals Commission. The Commission is located at 841 N. Broadway, room 105, Milwaukee, WI 53202. The Commission meets the third Thursday of every month. Appeals must be filed in writing on a "Notice of Appeal" form by the first Thursday of the month to appear on that month's agenda. There is a $90 non-refundable filing fee.
