One only needs to look at nature and the way our universe operates to see the benefit for how dependable Hydrogen has been. The element that is consistent as the power source for all forms of energy is Hydrogen. Hydrogen provides power for our sun and for all stars. It is the element which is the power source in all fossil fuels, it is the glue that holds our Mitochondria together and it's literally the battery for the body's energy supply. As the most abundant element in the universe, Hydrogen is the most logical answer to our sustainable energy needs. The most economical and environmentally friendly method for capturing Hydrogen is through the splitting of the water molecule and the most stainable and environmentally friendly way of doing that - is by employing renewable energy.The chief argument against renewable energy, is intermittency and energy storage. The wind doesn't always blow and the sun doesn't always shine (Ex. at night) or with enough intensity to generate electricity when clouds are too thick. Hydro power and geothermal resources are good base load generators but the utility is usually left with excess power (Spinning Reserve) during off peak times. Green Hydrogen is a fantastic solution for both issues. While Green H2 is naturally a high energy density storage "battery", it is also versatile and very safe as well as an easy to transport, decentralized power resource as well. We feel capitalizing on the element that created the universe is the most logical pathway forward for our society.
