National Media Partners, LTD., a privately held organization located in Des Plaines, IL, is looking for full-time Inside Sales and Account Representatives to join our growing team. This position's primary purpose is to source new clients, sustain customer relationships and close contracts for partner programs, at defined monthly goals, that ensure partner and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate is driven to succeed, outgoing, high energy and able to develop rapport quickly over the phone using strong communication skills. Position Responsibilities • Identify revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed• Prospect, qualify and generate sales within the company's established trading partners• Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through sales pipeline• Other projects as assignedPerformance Objectives• Demonstrate a passion for what you do, every day.• Develop rapport quickly with clients by being sincere and fostering trust.• Display a competitive drive and desire to succeed.• Ability to frame a sales conversation strategically and overcome objections.Experience and Skills Needed • High School Diploma or equivalent• One to three years prior experience with demonstrated success in sales and a strong work ethic• Recent college graduates encouraged to apply• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task• Candidates must be self- motivated and capable of working independently, as well as with a team• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance creativity, problem solving, and results
