The California Dragon Boat Association (CDBA) is a completely volunteer operated 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our purpose is to foster the growth and development of the sport of dragon boating in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a member of the Pacific Dragon Boat Association (PDBA) whose mission is to promote the sport of dragon boat racing and foster national and international dragon boat competitions. The CDBA currently manages the nation's largest youth dragon boat program and organizes the largest competitive dragon boat race festival in the United States.
