With a solid background in French cooking using the latest culinary technologies such as the sous-vide, we decided to get acquainted with the logistical and technical aspect of the street food world by traveling around the world and studying the different types of street food and this is when 'Street Food à la Française' was born, the initial name of the project. After a year of operations between Lyon and Paris, being present on many public and private events, food markets, etc., we were able to test our products, our food bike and our identity. We decided to take a step back before entering the English market to be able to integrate it with a stronger and better structured long-term vision. We worked hand in hand with experts that are key to the proper development of our project, whether on the technical aspect by creating a brand new Food Bike, our global identity or our food offer that ToqueToque was launched !
