CRS was formed in 2001 to provide outsource solutions to transportation companies utilizing Owner Operators (Independent Contractors) and their equipment. CRS contracts directly with the Owner Operator then assigns these qualified Owner Operators to provide services to CRS client transportation companies.By contracting directly with the Owner Operators CRS establishes the position of a General Contractor thus reducing employment classification issues.
