We do this by being active in the community; continually educating ourselves and aligning with other industry professionals to create an alliance within the building community.Stephanie Beninati, the owner and broker of Strategic Insurance Services, has been assisting the construction and Real Estate community with their insurance and warranty needs for over a decade. Stephanie prides herself on being a knowledgeable industry professional and having strong relationships with other knowledgeable industry professionals. This allows her to be a strong resource for her clients.Currently, Stephanie sits on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Associations of Metro Denver. She is also the chairperson for the Associate Member Council of Metro Denver.
