Our goal is to bring back the neighbourhood.We aim to re-create that beauty parlour of days past. Our salon is modeled after the nostalgia of "Grandma's kitchen" - designed simply to be cosy, sociable, and calm. Initially launched in 2013 as a boutique blow-dry and bohemian braid bar, we expanded our services in 2014 to include colouring, cuts, and (our now famous) vintage updos. We burst onto the scene as a complete unknown and within 2 years were making appearances on TV and in numerous "Best of" Lists across London, notably TimeOut 's "Top 10" & The Evening Standards "Best for Fast Beauty" Our stations are arranged with you in mind, so it's very easy to come along with a friend and catch up over some tea whilst getting your locks looked after. Or equally... not. If you wanna just zone the heck out and read a mag that's no problem either 'cause there's no high pressure here. We're not flash- or loud- nor do we aim (or claim!) to be ultra high end. It's not about being showy, it's simply about giving you the quality and time you deserve.And you know what, it's about the experience. So we give you complimentary cake, tea, and even cocktails too- and it's all served in traditional chinaware. But most importantly, we honestly feel that it just plain doesn't make sense to have to pay through the roof for a great 'do and some darn good service. So here we are. Your friendly neighbourhood parlour. Bring your friends. Bring the kids. Heck, you can even bring your pooch if you really want to!
