FEM South Beach Urban Renewal, LLC, founded under the leadership of Mimi and Edwin Feliciano, has more than 40 years of experience in the development of real estate projects in the Northeast. Mimi is from a second-generation real estate development family. Edwin has been a licensed real estate broker and appraiser since 1987. Together they invest, develop, own and manage commercial real estate across the United States. Their two sons, Cary and Evin Feliciano, also work for FEM and are currently involved in development efforts for the South Beach project. Dedicated philanthropists, Mimi and Edwin support many charities and civic causes, including Montclair State University where, in 2015, the business school was named the "Mimi and Edwin Feliciano School of Business" in their honor.
